Jan 21 If any gr. 8 students have not returned their immunization forms  they need to be returned today! They will be picked up by the Public Health nurse TOMORROW morning. Grade 8 students need to hand in their immunization forms before Jan. 21 If you have questions about the forms, please contact the Public Health Nurse (number is on the front page of the form) If you have lost your form, you can get one of the extra forms from the teacher Immunizations will take place on the morning of FEBRUA
