WEEK OF APR. 6-10

*Welcome to the new distance learning option!! Remember to take a look at the weekly summary and get in touch via email or Bloomz if you have a question. Students can reach me through email, Bloomz or via our Google Hangouts chat.

Mon. Apr. 6

• This is the "official" kick-off to our optional distance learning!
• Make sure that your students is set up on the following:
• spsd email (instructions went home in an email last Friday)
• Google Classroom (class codes are listed in the weekly summary)
• Zoom
• Google Hangouts
• Blog (they can subscribe with their spsd emails!)
• (Bloomz - this is optional)
• TO DO: Arts Ed post on "La Class de Mme Hiller" and email --> please check it out!
• Here is the weekly summary:

Tues. Apr. 7

• A sign-up sheet (Google Sheets link) will be available on "La Classe de Mme Hiller" where students can schedule tutorial sessions with me on Wednesday afternoon
• They can join individually or in small groups!
• If your student needed a timeslot but one was not available, please send me an email and we can set one up!

Wed. Apr. 8

• Tutorial sessions from 12-3pm...10 min slots
• These are optional for students that have questions that can't be answered through email/text/etc and require some examples and a conversation :)
• They will be held over Zoom (meeting code and password will be published along with the sign-up sheet)
• Please encourage your student to be in the "waiting room" about 5 minutes before their scheduled timeslot

Thurs. Apr. 9

• Class meeting will be moved to TODAY at 10am (Friday is a holiday!)

Fri. Apr. 10

• All work from this week will be due today (shared, turned in, submitted)
• It will be corrected and returned as received if handed in earlier in the week!
• Students can check their spsd emails for comments, suggestions, etc.
