Welcome back everyone!! I trust that you all had a wonderful, safe, and restful Spring Break 🌻. The weather was beautiful so I hope you made it outside to enjoy (I only got to hang around my yard, but the sunshine was nice 😉). We'll be back in the swing of things quickly on Monday morning, so please be sure that your student returns with their binder and any school supplies needed - WATER BOTTLE, pens/pencils, etc. This week will also be a good time to ensure that all work from before the break is wrapped up (see above for overdue assignments) so we can move into our final term with a clean slate!

Mon. Apr. 12

• English - we are going to be celebrating 'Poetry Month' with a new unit on various types of poems
• French - correction of "Impératif" worksheets together in class

Tues. Apr. 13

• AM RECESS - homework catch-up time
• Careers - new job applications need to be finished today; bank account sheets need to be handed-in by the end of the period for verification
• French - oral "Impératif" activity to complete in class
• Sci. Nat. - mechanic mixture experiment

Wed. Apr. 14

• AM RECESS - homework catch-up time
• Sci. Hum. - good copy of the "Identity Map" due for submission on Google Classroom by the end of the period
• French - "Indicatif" practice to complete in class; reviewing the editing process and beginning the revision of a writing piece of choice

Thurs. Apr. 15

• English - figurative language elements sorting activity to complete in class
• Math - last day to complete weekly activities (creating a table of values for an equation)
• Sci. Nat. - solutions experiment
